SPOILAGE & QUALITY TESTING
Michelson Laboratories, Inc. has extensive experience in resolving
food spoilage problems. Using standardized procedures, we are able
to identify the cause and assist in isolating and solving the
problematic areas within any given process. Michelson Laboratories,
Inc.’s microbiologists provide testing results to determine the
amount of indicator and spoilage organisms in a product. Analyses
include:
- Total aerobic bacteria
- Anaerobic bacteria
- Lactic acid bacteria
- Coliforms
- Pseudomonas
- Yeast and mold
- Psychotrophic plate count
- Thermophiles
